Our booking policy is designed to provide transparency and convenience, ensuring a seamless experience from reservation to travel.
At Chakar Travels (“Chakar Tours & Travels”), we strive to offer our customers an exceptional travel experience. To ensure smooth operations and the best service, please review the following terms carefully before making, changing, or canceling a booking.
Availability: All bookings are subject to availability as shown on our website. This applies to all our travel packages, including family vacations, group tours, and individual travel arrangements. Detailed booking instructions are provided in our F.A.Q.
Age Requirement: Children under the age of 13 must be accompanied by at least one adult. The person making the booking on behalf of a group must ensure all members accept these terms, including obtaining consent from a parent or guardian for anyone under 18 years of age.
Booking Process: Bookings can only be made via our online booking system or in person at our office. It is the customer’s responsibility to enter all details accurately during the booking process.
Payment Terms:
To confirm your booking, 20% of the total amount must be paid at the time of booking.
40% of the total amount is due 15 days before the scheduled arrival.
The remaining 40% must be paid upon arrival.
Failure to adhere to these payment terms may result in the cancellation of your booking.
Additional Travelers: If you wish to add travelers beyond your initial booking, please contact us in advance. We will accommodate extra travelers based on availability. Payment for additional travelers must be made before the trip begins.
Timeliness: It is essential that your group arrives on time at the specified meeting point or departure location. If a participant is more than 15 minutes late, they may be considered a no-show, and the tour may proceed without them.
Responsibility: We are not liable for any transportation failures that result in a missed tour or travel arrangement. Please plan accordingly.
Photography & Recording: No unauthorized video or photography is allowed during the tour. Exceptions must be arranged in advance.
Code of Conduct: We expect all travelers to adhere to local laws and respect the customs of the destinations. Disruptive behavior may result in removal from the tour without a refund.
Liability: Chakar Travels is not responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses that occur during the trip due to the failure to follow instructions provided by our guides or staff.
Cancellation Timing:
More than 30 Days Before Arrival: 50% of the total amount will be refunded.
15-30 Days Before Arrival: 30% of the total amount will be refunded.
10-15 Days Before Arrival: 10% of the total amount will be refunded.
Less Than 10 Days Before Arrival: No refund will be issued.
Cancellation Within 24 Hours:
More than 30 Days Before Arrival: Full refund.
10-30 Days Before Arrival: 90% refund; 10% cancellation fee applies.
Less Than 10 Days Before Arrival: No refund.
No-Show: No refund will be issued if a participant does not show up for the scheduled departure.
48 or More Hours Before Booking: Reschedule without penalty.
Less Than 48 Hours Before Booking: A rescheduling fee of 25% of the booking amount will apply.
Refund requests must be submitted via email to info@chakar.world with your booking details and the reason for cancellation. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days using the original payment method.
Any discounts, promotional offers, or vouchers used during the booking process are non-refundable.
Large Group Bookings: Full refund for large group bookings (more than 7 participants) if canceled at least 5 days in advance. Cancellations within 5 days follow the standard policy.
Special Events: Specific cancellation and rescheduling terms apply as outlined during the booking process for private events or special tours.
